Experience isn't expensive, it's priceless! Diane holds Coldwell Banker's highest honor, International President's Premier... Top 1% of all agent's Internationally. Diane's slogan; "Your Town and Country Connection," represents her business, the best of both worlds. Diane grew up in East Sacramento and raised her family in Wilton, population 4,551, a close knit community with a distinct rural and western lifestyle. She lives on twenty acres with a creek, a half acre pond, and (count them!) one hundred oak trees.
Having lived in the same area for the past thirty years, Diane has the advantage of knowing the surrounding area.
Still providing clients with her exceptional service and knowledge from downtown Sacramento to the Elk Grove/Wilton countryside, Diane is making it happen. Diane has achieved the highest level with Coldwell Banker, Top 1% International President's Premier and is the Elk Grove Laguna office's # 1 agent as well as # 2 in the Northern California Region. As referrals are the lifeblood of her business, Diane, her licensed assistant Heather Ali and her son John Pennisi, also licensed, give the utmost attention to all of their clients. Diane knows that whether buying or selling a home, the process can be a very stressful endeavor for each of her clients. She firmly believes that each client should both expect and receive exceptional service. It is apparent from her performance that Diane treats each client with respect and understanding by applying superior knowledge, integrity and the utmost professionalism. She is proud of the fact that she consistently meets or exceeds her client's expectations. "My mission statement is to offer the most professional knowledge of the local real estate market, provide exceptional negotiation skills and innovative marketing to each of my client's listings". Please call me if you are thinking of looking for property to buy, introducing your home to the market or just if you have a real estate question. I would be happy to help.
John was born and raised in the Elk Grove's community. He served as a legislative director for four years at the Capitol and as a legal aide in Washington DC, where he concentrated on Agricultural and Economic Development before returning to the area. He obtained his Realtors license and began working as a buyer's agent for Diane Pennisi. Being born and raised in rural Wilton has helped establish his endless relationships with local land owners. Just as with the rest of the Pennisi Group it is referrals that are the life line of John's business. With the Pennisi group not only do their clients trust them, but the community does as well.
